Pop him on top of a syringe and you’re good to go!
Push a bit on the syringe for a some pre, then slowly work him in further and he’ll reward you with a good shot of his lube.
Comes with 2 60ml syringes.
Cleaning instructions: The Knotshot itself is dishwasher proof. The black rubber of the syringe is not. Clean that part only with warm water and soap. Suck up some soapy water and push it through a few times, then repeat a few times with clean water. Dry before storingg
